  • Scanning device and computer software located on client’s site for expedited analysis
  • Weekly summary reports of activity, by area
  • Ongoing training of crews for data collection
  • Communicate data with client to develop action plans
  • Measure progress against goals
  • Implement steps to reduce or eliminate barriers, improving productivity
